We?re changing the face of professional skin care, and we?re looking for a great manager for our flagship skin care center!  Dermalogica on Montana has been open less than three years, and it?s already hitting the presses worldwide.  Shoppers stop on by just to experience our Skin Bar, where you can get a free Skin Analysis, a cup of un-Tea and play with as many Dermalogica products as you like.  Or they simply enjoy a few moments basking in the cool beach breezes as they sit by our huge sliding window.  We?re a part of the neighborhood, and our intimate space, fun environment and fantastic team of skin therapists have made us a favorite with the locals.

Presently, we?re seeking a professional Skin Care Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the center.  Responsibilities include:

 Providing the ultimate in customer care.Mentoring, coaching and leading a great team of 10 plus therapistsGrowing clientele and achieving sales goals including proper split between service and retail  Working with the Marketing department to implement promotionsProviding weekly and monthly management reportsEnsuring the Center is maintained within the established standards

 

We?re looking for a someone who has a track record of being the best service oriented team leader with four plus years retail sales experience and a minimum of two plus years in management.  Must be an excellent communicator who is pro-active, quick on their feet and pc literate.
