Job Description: JCPENNEY SALON - Flint, MI JCPenney, The Leading Authority in Hair Color, is looking for a talented SALON MANAGER for the salon in our Flint store. The Salon Manager supervises and participates in styling, as well as other salon services, and provides supervision for the salon operation to ensure the attainment of sales, profit, and customer service objectives. This position is paid a salary, plus a percentage of salon sales, and personal commission.
JCPenney Salons offer our managers:
Access to store and mall customers to build new clientele
Client retention and referral program
Customer prospecting materials
Ongoing paid education and training
Nationally advertised promotions
