Job Description: JCPENNEY SALON - EMPORIA, KS JCPenney, The Leading Authority in Hair Color, is looking for a talented SALON SUPERVISOR for the salon in our EMPORIA, KS store. The Salon Supervisor supervises and participates in styling, as well as other salon services, and provides supervision for the salon operation to ensure the attainment of sales, profit, and customer service objectives. This position is paid hourly, plus a percentage of salon sales, and personal commission.

Requirements:

Current license that meets state requirements

Creativity, energy, and high motivation to be a leader

Previous experience in salon supervision
