Be a leader in the Retail industry by acting as the Boutique Manager of our new location opening in the exciting San Francisco Centre in San Francisco,  California who serves customers; manages staff; prepares budget and controls expenses; identifies current and future customer requirements; ensures availability of merchandise and services; and maintains store cleanliness and safety.

Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff, maintaining strong working relationships.

 
Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.

 
Skilled in managing a changing environment.

 
Proven ability to staff, structure and retain a productive team of skilled employees.

 
Understands the luxury market, our customers and our competition.

Minimum three years prior retail store management experience in luxury brand retailing, preferably with watches and/or jewelry.
