Scratch Bakery Department Manager

We are seeking professionals with scratch baking experience.  Ridley?s Family Markets, a family owned retail supermarket chain with stores in Idaho & Utah, is looking for experienced bakers to join our Store Management Team.

Our bakery managers work very hard as do all of our department and store management team.They are responsible for the overall profitability, management, and operation of their department, and report directly to the Store Director as well as a regional Perishables supervisor. Responsibilities include management of all aspects of a successful bakery operation including but not limited to customer service, merchandising, inventory control, as well as labor scheduling and control..
