Optical Sales Associate Responsibilities:

The basic function of the Optical Associate, is to attract and retain customers by delivering exceptional customer service, fosters customer retention, and promotes outstanding associate/doctor satisfaction.

 

The essential functions, expected outcomes and results of this position include the following:

1.Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture by practicing through

role-playing, and using effective retail sales skills.

2.Develops professional business relationships with other Associates and Doctors.

Experience with personal computers preferred.

 

The incumbent or successful candidate must meet the position requirements above in order to perform the essential functions of this position and achieve the outcomes/results indicated in this position description.
