As our Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll drive the selling efforts and customer relationships by excelling in customer service and selling techniques.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Acknowledge all customers and ensure 100% floor coverage
Drive toward a high level of product and sport expertise
Lead by example through service excellence
Embrace service training and product programs
Consistently provide customer feedback and product outs to management
Build a repeat customer base
Support and contribute to the product flow process
Ensure all visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed and adequate size runs are represented per visual directions
Ensure all cash handling is accurate
Assist in other store functions as needed

Requirements for this position include:
Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma or GED
Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Phone, 10-key and basic computer skills
Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
