? Senior Assistant Manager ? As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human resource management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation in the absence of the Store Manager.  This position is assigned one of four Divisions of Responsibility, which rotate on a regular basis (Human Resources, Merchandise, Operations and Business).

Minimum requirement:  Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum two years management experience in the service industry.
