About Us-
The New Release is an emerging DVD rental kiosk company that is currently seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. Established in 2002, the company is based in Houston, TX and has a network of kiosks nationwide. Their growth rate is phenomenal right now, and they are about to undertake the implementation of enterprise software system. They need an outstanding individual to help them move ahead!
Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
. Serve as primary financial team lead in the installation of the ERP system.
. Develop, interpret and implement structure of new financial accounting system.
. Assist with monthly and annual financial budgeting/processing.
. Serve as "super user" for ongoing utilization of the ERP system.
. Design and prepare custom reports and financial documents for management team.
. Maintain numerous Excel spreadsheets related to ongoing operations.
. Assist with annual audit.
. Analyze financial data for Board of Directors.
. Analyze financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action.
Qualifications:
. Minimum 5 years experience with financial systems software management with high volume accountability.
. Experience with ERP system required, specifically SAP or Oracle.
. Preference for working in a team environment with strong executive support
. B.B.A. in Accounting or Finance from four year college or university required.
