What would you be doing?

In this challenging role, you would manage the individual inventory appraisal for retail, wholesale, and industrial client liquidations. Key responsibilities would include:Managing an individual inventory appraisal (the volume of which could be as high as hundreds of millions of dollars in inventory)Interfacing with subject companies to obtain financial informationTraveling to subject companies to tour facilities and coordinating field visits for other facilities through liquidation consultantsCommunicating the status of projects to supervisorsPreparing and reviewing financial analysis models to produce a valuation analysis and determine the appraisal valueAssisting in the preparation and review of draft written reports related to financial analysis and presenting these reports in person or over a conference call

What kind of candidate are we looking for?


The successful candidate will either have demonstrated finance or inventory management experience.
 Finance experience should be in the areas of Accounting, Consulting, Auditing, or Analysis, and should be from a related industry (including either an Investment Company or Independent Consulting Firm dealing with retail, wholesale or industrial. Inventory management experience should be from either a retail, distribution or manufacturing company.

Superior communication skills are a must. Computer proficiency is required. A related degree is essential.
