Senior Store Assistant Manager

Position Summary:

 

? This is a full-time management position. The range of duties encompasses all that is necessary to effectively manage a shop during the Shop Manager's absence if neccessary. 

? The right candidate should have 2 or more years of management experience ( retail, spa, or cosmetics experience preferred )

? The candidate will be able to demonstrate how to grow a business through building a loyal clientele and recognizing business opportunities within a shop.

? The ideal person for the position needs to simply be passionate about ensuring an outstanding in store experience for the customer. The right candidate must enjoy working with customers and strive to exceed customer expectations.  The ability to generate sales through excellent selling techniques is key. Preferred candidates are eager to learn about, or are already confident working with; make-up, skincare, and bodycare.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Accountable for total shop results, improving customer transactions through Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and the Love Your Body (LYB) loyalty program.  Demonstrates superior sales techniques, including the ability to link sell from product to product.

? Ensures an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times.  Handles difficult customer service issues and concerns to the satisfaction of the customer.

? Communicates clearly and effectively. Maintains a positive and motivational attitude.

? Maintains high standards of personal image in compliance with dress code; and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization within shop.

? Ensures that total presentation and dislay of merchandise is impactful to maximize sales.

? Ensures a customer friendly environment

? Controls bank deposits within company policy; and protects company assets by adhering to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

? Standing, walking, carrying, and lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.

? Recuiting quality applicants for seasonal/holiday periods
