Job Description:

Shade Clothing is looking for an individual to manage the Shade Kiosk at the Valley Fair Mall.

 

Primary Job functions:
Manage in day-to-day store operations, including:
customer service and employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits.
Works with the Retail Kiosk Manager to ensure attainment of all net sales and revenue goals.
Schedules employees for optimum store performance, including back up plans for peak hours, vacation, sick time, training, etc.
Ensures proper opening and closing of the retail location via completing reports and cash reconciliation.
Assists customers, handles customer questions and promotes a positive customer experience.
Maintains desired store appearance according to company standards.
Assists in recruiting, selecting and hiring staff.

Please note that our kiosk is open 7 days a week. Individuals must be flexible and available to work retail hours as business needs require, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Candidate Qualifications: 
- Strong communications skills; leadership skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, demanding environment which requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimum supervision
- Detail and process oriented.
- Must possess excellent oral and presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
- MS office experience required. Proficiency in using multiple computer-based systems preferred.
- Positive attitude with a skill for finding solutions to everyday issues
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience

- Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
