Small Business Advisor II - Bloomington, MN

Responsible for specific zip code based geography. Conducts cold call at customer location and develops relationships with small businesses (less than 50 employees) to sell Cingular products and services.

Schedules appointments in-store/ Customer locations to qualify customer needs using Business Solutions, Cingular Advantage and provides proposal cost/benefits.

Closes business & sets expectation for next steps at neighborhood COR location with handoff to Store Manager.

Responsible for acquisition and retention to grow SB contracted CRU and IRU while facilitating maintenance (reducing churn) of exisiting SB base to drive business into the Neighborhood COR location and Cingular.com website.

May conduct preliminary credit check to begin sales process.



QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
2 - 3 years sales experience in a retail and/or business setting.
Proven track record in a sales function.
Cold calling/ territory management experience preferrred.
Bilingual, English and Spanish a plus.
Computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Sales driven.
