This position will be responsible for the ongoing development and management of existing Store Channel projects to ensure positive impact on store efficiency and customer satisfaction. As project lead, will hold core team meetings and ensure productive participation by all key stakeholders. Responsibilities include documentation of project plans, objectives and timelines. This position will also provide assistance with larger more complex projects where additional research, trial support and documentation support is required. This position will request and format reporting to support the ongoing goals associated with projects and/or trials. Some of the projects this position will support are Small Business and Data Strategies for the store channel, Store Recognition programs, Store within a Store programs/tools, Store Evolution, Hybrid/Broadband Kiosks (co-branded Verizon Wireless and Verizon Communication opportunities).

Qualifications:
Requirements:
o3 years wireless experience
oBA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
o3 years of related work experience in a retail sales environment.
oMust have excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
oProven project management experience.
oAbility to collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and develop processes methods and procedures.
oMust be able to identify and escalate potential issues as well as implement recommended solutions.
oProficiency in desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
oPrevious experience with reporting and metrics preferred.
oWillingness to travel throughout the NE Area.
