We are in search of qualified Specialty Retail District Managers within the Denver and/or Colorado Springs market who want to be part of an incredible, up and coming chain of stores.

Some of the key goals of this position include:Oversee the measurable operational components for the districtDrive sales, financial management and ensure profit and productivity goals are metCreate and cultivate diversity within the district and are incorporating them into staffing as well as customer support and serviceCreate exceptional store experiences for our customers through sales ands service initiativesOversee the training and development of potential internal candidates, especially in the area of management for future growth Cultivate a district approach toward public relations, events, promotions, and other community efforts

 

Requirements to be considered for this position:

5-7 years of Specialty Retail Multi-Unit district management experience

Proven results of driving and achieving measurable success within your area of responsibility

Passion for retail and meeting the various needs of the targeted consumer base within our stores
