Our team partners with both the District and Regional Managers for talent acquisition, networking, cold-call recruiting, and first-line candidate screening for all positions at the corporate and field management levels.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, retail-experienced recruiters who have a track record of success in the following area:

 
Cultivate top retail talent pools for current and future key positions
Manage recruitment metrics of time to fill, succession planning fill, and cost per hire analysis
Skilled at attracting diverse candidates to the organization
Integrate recruitment ?best-practices? for all levels of recruitment
Communicate trends and future opportunities throughout the organization
Develop and implement new and creative strategies to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition

 



Our requirements for this position:

 
2-5 years of recruitment within a specialty retail, multi-unit chain of stores
Ability to build trustworthy, solid relationships throughout the organization and with outside agencies
Proven track record of resourcefulness in the areas of cold-calling and networking initiatives
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Effectively conduct phone interviews
MS Office suite required ? with emphasis in Excel
