Store Development/Training - Play It Again Sports
Winmark Corporation, a successful retail franchisor of Play It Again Sports, Once Upon A Child, Music Go Round, Plato?s Closet, and Wirth Business Credit, has an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual to join the Play It Again Sports division of our organization.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating and conducting the new store development process. Tracking status of new stores to ensure standards are met, advising in store layout, and conducting opening training visit. Assists Training Manager in preparation and copying of training materials, and provides input into existing store development programs.
Qualifications include a strong team player with 3+ years prior retail management experience required, along with proven experience in training multiple staff. Retail merchandising skills helpful. Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills. Position will work fairly independently with 50% travel.
