We are currently interviewing for a  STORE MANAGER position in our existing location at THE SUMMIT, in BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA.We are looking for an individual who wants to lead an exciting, fast paced, winning team. In September 2003, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Chico's FAS and will remain an independent division. Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, interviewing and hiring sales-driven, service oriented associates Establish 'One Store Experience' with entire staff Outreach into community to increase customer base Create a fun, service friendly, engaging atmosphere Creating sales through a well-trained enthusiastic team

Job QualificationsUnderstand profitability and store contribution and the ability to control payroll and shrink Ability to train/develop/motivate staff individually and collectively A leader in customer service with an entrepreneurial spirit
