Store Management

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with Kohl's, you will manage significant retail sales volume while leading, directing, and motivating a large team of store associates. Your executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, store presentation, customer service, sales & operating profit, payroll & expense management, inventory control, and the retention and supervision of all associates. Job Requirements:



Minimum of 3-5 years managing significant retail volume in a high growth national retailing environment.

Ability to lead and motivate a large team of associates; and must manage time, money and resources successfully.

Ability to work with staff and merchant division to meet and exceed store's sales plan and expense controls.
