Kansas City, MO - The Legends at Village West

 

Store Manager - As a Store Manager, you will be responsible to direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human capital investment and retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation.

  Requirement:  Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum two years Store Manager experience in the service industry with proven results.

 

Senior Assistant Manager ? As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human resource management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation in the absence of the Store Manager.  This position is assigned one of four Divisions of Responsibility, which rotates on a regular basis (Human Resources, Merchandise, Operations and Business).

Requirements:  Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum two years management experience in the service industry.



Assistant Manager ? As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with client top of mind.  This position is assigned one of four Divisions of Responsibility, which rotate on a regular basis (Human Resources, Merchandise, Operations and Business).

Minimum requirement:  Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum one or two years of retail or comparable experience, or previous Ann Taylor experience as a Manager in Training.
