 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STORE MANAGEMENT:

 Our Store Management is  responsible for the overall  management of our  Menswear  Specialty  Stores.  These responsibilities include achieving store sales and profitability  goals as well as  personal sales goals  and ensuring client satisfaction. Operations, Loss Prevention and Visual Presentation. Effective Staffing, Training and Development are essential.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Experience in Retail Management (preferably experience in apparel).Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to drive sales and profits.Enthusiasm, high energy level and commitment to succeed  is a required talent set for a career with S&K.Successful  track record in Sales.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to build positive relationships and lead by example.Ability to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends is required.
