Provides the leadership and managerial functions to:

Meet or exceed sales/profit plan.

Meet or exceed all company standards relative to customer service merchandising, personnel, operations and control.

Recruit, hire, train and develop staff to Company expectations.

 Required Experience:Store Manager

- 2yrs or more as a Store Manager in a like volume & type business

- Total of 3 years or more of supervisory experience in retail 

 Assistant Manager

- Minimum of 9 months or more of supervisory experience in retail
