White House began in 1985 carrying classic white clothing and accessories. In 1995 a new concept called Black Market opened, featuring clothing in shades of black. White House|Black Market is much more than color. Our stores are filled with great clothing, lingerie, accessories, jewelry and gifts. We are currently interviewing for Store Management positions for our existing location in Hingham, MA-Derby Street Shoppes. We are looking for an individuals who want to lead an exciting, fast paced, winning team. In September 2003, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Chico's FAS and will remain an independent division. We will continue to provide the great fashion and extraordinary service to which you have become accustomed!

Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, interviewing and hiring sales-driven, service oriented associates Establish "One Store Experience" with entire staff Outreach into community to increase customer base Create a fun, service friendly, engaging atmosphere Creating sales through a well-trained enthusiastic team

Job QualificationsUnderstand profitability and store contribution Ability to control payroll and shrink Ability to train/develop/motivate staff individually and collectively A leader in customer service with an entrepreneurial spirit
