We are currently searching for candidates to assume the role of Store Manager in our Santa Rosa, CA location.

STORE MANAGER
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store.

Store Managers are challenged with:

Directing the store to achieve store sales and profit objectives

Providing excellent customer service and maximizing customer loyalty

Managing the human resource process to ensure the store is staffed with qualified, motivated and empowered associates and developing a proactive selling team

Ensuring all merchandise programs are fully implemented & executed; managing the visual presentation in the store to create an exciting shopping environment that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Establishing goals for the entire store and participating in sales and profit planning processes

Providing input to identify growth opportunities and competitive challenges

Evaluating and analyzing results against plans as well as recognizing and quantifying market trends

Coaching, teaching, training, and developing our associates to their maximum retail potential

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience in Big Box retail management, including Store Manager experience

Solid understanding of the elements that drive retail profitability

In depth knowledge of retail operations, human resources and understanding of specific store capabilities and growth potential

Knowledge of merchandise presentation and plan-o-gramming skills

Superior customer service skills

College Degree Preferred
