Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure an exceptional customer service environment by monitoring sales and protecting the customer experience
* Maximize productivity and profitability in compliance with company procedures
* Coach, develop, and train associates in the areas of operations, merchandising, communication, sales, and leadership
* Recruit as a marketing agent for the organization, building bench-strength for future opportunities
* Manage sales and payroll plans in conjunction with other company-developed programs

Candidates for this position must have:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of Management experience within a specialty retail chain of stores
* Strong organizational, analytical, visual, problem solving, and leadership skills
* Proven success in recruiting top talent at all levels within the stores
* Demonstrate creative and innovative strategies for maximizing sales and productivity within a complex business model
* Ability to identify and analyze ways to leverage opportunities to maximize results
