Qualified manager applicants must have 2-4 years minimum of management experience in specialty retail, be a problem solver with leadership ability, and be a customer focused energized, multi-tasker.

For consideration for management positions applicants must be able to demonstrate their ability to:

Lead People
* Demonstrate leadership by completing product knowledge training certification for all departments
* Challenge and energize team through a variety of circumstances and change

Develop Talent
* Drive the recruiting and networking of quality talent for the store
* Hands on training and coaching of store associates

Reach Out
* Develop strong community relationships through in store event planning
* Deliver outstanding service to our customers
* Maintain corporate visual standards in the store

Set the Standard for Productivity
* Team with District Manager to strategically meet company standards
* Execute daily work plans while adapting to business needs
* Set standards in excellence and sales performance to exceed goals by increasing sales and profits

We are also hiring Sales Associates and Inventory Control Specialists for this new location. Applicants should have at least two years of retail experience to be considered.
