Store Manager / Assistant Manager - Retail3 - Philadelphia PA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Responsible for assisting in the merchandising and operations of a specialty retail store while you learn all of the tools needed to run an entire store. 

?  Directly responsible for sales, margin, and expenses of an assigned area of the store.

?  Responsible for maintaining effective control of productivity standards, labor costs, and gross profit opportunities.

?  Responsible for maintaining effective customer service.

 

MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

?  MUST HAVE previous retail experience as store manager or assistant manager.

?  MUST HAVE a strong hardlines merchandising background and BE ABLE to identify and reorder wanted items from a store with thousands of SKUs.

?  MUST BE WILLING to work long hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

?  MUST HAVE excellent communication and management skills.

?  MUST BE a local candidate AND MUST BE ABLE to relocate if required for first assignment.
