Responsibilities:

In this career opportunity, you will be responsible:

Create District Layout Upon Hire Based on Individual Strengths.

Hire, Train, Retain top store level talent in the area.

Oversee and execute the individual goals of each store.

Lead a strong staff of Assistant Store Directors and Future Leaders.




Requirements:

The qualified candidate should have:


3-5 years retail management experience.

Prefers big box but can be any major retailer.

Manage a minimum of 5 million and 30 staff members.

Commited to growing from within.
