In this exciting position, we'll look to you to assert Dockers? position as the definitive source for stylish casual apparel for men and women. It will be your job to direct and lead superior strategies and execution of store operation functions to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity. We'll rely on you to meet or exceed established store sales and performance goals daily through modeling sales performance, setting goals, coaching sales staff, and ensuring that all associates are fully trained on product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include reconciling daily cash receipts & making bank deposits; opening & closing the store; and managing inventory.





 

To qualify, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, or Fashion Merchandising (retail experience may be substituted for a degree). In addition, you'll need at least 3 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a store management position. Experience supervising, coaching and training sales associates is essential.
