Store Manager For a Growing Retailer!!

A growing retailer with stores nationwide is looking for a Store Manager in the Wheaton.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and supervision of Store. Provide training, maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that merchandising/recovery is completed and that register and customer service area is processing customers in a timely manner. Supervise the unloading of trucks, sorting of merchandise, stocking shelves, ticketing merchandise, re-merchandising and the reconciliation of all cash and inventory transactions.

 

Requirements:
 High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.

 Must be at least 18 years of age.

 Minimum of two years retail management experience preferred.

 Demonstrated managerial skills required.
