Overview:

Responsible for expanding sales, within an existing company owned Specialty Store

 

Requirements: Proven ability to generate sales within a NEW store environmentProven success at hiring and managing staffProven success at store operations and inventory managementExpertise in scheduling, human resources and payroll Ability to develop and execute local marketing promotions to maximize salesAbility to conduct on-site training and motivate at the store level Ability to mobilize a group of employees to action

 

Qualifications: 5+ years previous experience within a store management position either from the wholesale or retail sideSuccessful track record for high volume business growth and bottom line resultsProven ability to motivate, inspire and lead others Ability to manage established budgets and financial reporting on time and on budgetComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and other current technologiesSuperior customer management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills Orientation towards a sense of urgency College degree preferred
