Store Manager & Assistant Manager - Women's Specialty Retail

A women?s specialty retail provider of fashion apparel, shoes, and accessories is seeking a Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager for Bellevue, WA (Zip 98007; Highland Park).

 

Store Manager Operates specialty retail store within the company?s guidelines and policies.  The store manager is responsible for improving store volume and profit, meeting and exceeding budgets established by the corporate office, maintaining gross margins as defined by the corporate office, keeping expenses to a minimum, acquiring and maintaining outside sales, in-store merchandising according to corporate direction, and excellent customer service.

 

Assistant Manager assists Store Manager in daily activities and running of store.  Assistant Manager benefits differ from Store Manager benefits and can be explained in depth during interview process.

 

Requirements:

 

?  Minimum of 2 years retail management experience

?  Courses in business a plus

?  Outside Sales experience a plus

 

We Offer:

 Base salary plus bonus40 hour work week (normally)Only 1 evening shift per week requiredComplete benefits available
