Store Manager and Assistant Manager

SKECHERS USA, A global leader in lifestyle footwear and A Wonderful Company to be part of, is currently seeking a high-energy, talented, experiencedStore Manager and Assistant Store Manager for our location in North Myrtle Beach, SC.



 

Job Responsibilities Include:


Driving top line sales
Ensuring adherence of staff members to all retail policies and procedures
Training and educating staff to increase knowledge and create high levels of motivation to inspire team to achieve results create a selling environment focused on customer service, brand awareness, performance objectives and recognition
Establishing and monitoring scheduling, staffing and payroll
Communicating, executing and managing marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve Skechers brand objectives
Establishing a partnership with District Manager to support company initiatives and objectives. 
Maintaining proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and maintain compliance standards for shrink control
Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluation and counseling of store employees to effectively manage employee turnover and retention

Job Requirements:


2 years minimum retail management experience footwear background preferred
Considerable knowledge of retail systems, HR practices, and retail operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
