Marmi is a growing company with 31 retail locations and a very loyal following. The retail chain is a success due to it's unique characteristics: offering fashionable footwear in hard-to-find sizes, sold by an attentive, professional staff. Our store in Aventura Mall is in need of an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Store Manager join the Marmi team.



Marmi Management responsibilities include:

Driving the store business by reaching personal sales goals, in addition to the consistent motivation of store staff. Ensuring that all employees deliver, and that all customers receive flawless customer service. Managers will be a key contributor to developing and maintaining the Marmi customer base, making certain that all sales associates are building and maintaining clientele. Merchandising store displays for delivery of an exciting visual presentation. Focusing on store marketing, planning and executing in-store promotions and special events. Recruiting store staff depending on the needs of the business.



5 to 10 years of previous retail management experience, preferably in shoes, accessories, cosmetics, or apparel. Strong ability to drive sales. Excellent time management and organizational skills, must be an effective oral and written communicator. Visual display savvy. Ability to effectively assess employee performance for company succession planning. Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, as our managers must run the business with little supervision. If you want to create your own destiny, this is the place.
