Store Manager or Store Manager Ready!

The winning candidate should have: 

*4+ plus years Retail Management experience

*Successful track record of achieving sales, service, profits and company standards.

*Very strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

*Financial skills to include:  (P&L?s, operating statements, budgets, inventory/shrink control).

*Store Manager with experience running 3-8 million volume stores.

*Strong #2 Assistant Manager of ?Big Box?, heavy volume retailers will be heavily considered.
