Store Director

Provides direct supervision for team of 5-15 partners. Supervises all aspects of store operations to provide exceptional experiences for internal and external guests. Recruits, promotes, trains and develops top talent for positions within the store. Commits to continuously improving the workplace through leadership and motivation. Recognizes team partners for great performance and communicates honest feedback to partners at all levels. Maintains financial accountabilities within the store by making a weekly analysis of payroll costs and controls work schedules to manage to payroll and labor matrix. Directly responsible for management of operating expenses and store inventory. Responsible for implementing company?s marketing initiatives, loss prevention procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws.



Assistant Store Director

Assists with the supervision for a team of 5-15 partners. Supervises all aspects of store operations to provide exceptional experiences for internal and external guests while the Store Director is not on duty. Recruits, promotes, trains and develops top talent for positions within the store. Commits to continuously improving the workplace through leadership and motivation. Recognizes partners for great performance and communicates honest feedback to partners at all levels. Supports the Store Director in maintaining the store environment to ensure consistent execution of all company merchandising strategies, standards, and financial accountabilities. Helps the Store Director manage to the payroll and labor matrix. Assists the Store Director in managing store operating expenses and inventory. Responsible for implementing company?s marketing initiatives, loss prevention procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws.

 

Shift LeaderGreet each guest as they enter the store and provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service. Interact with guests, make product recommendations, and suggestively sell promotional items. Supervise Guest Service Representatives to ensure each guest receives friendly guest service upon each visit to the store. Resolve guest concerns in a timely and effective manner. Report to Store Management if follow-up is necessary regarding guest concerns. Thank every guest at the close of every transaction.Staff Supervision-Perform as Manager on Duty and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of opening and/or closing checklists. Coach Guest Service Representatives to achieve desired performance and service results. Make recommendations to Store Management about needed corrective action for partners.

 

The successful management candidate will have:



- 2-4 years retail experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in retail or restaurant management for Store Director

- A minimum of 2 years retail experience and 1 year in retail or restaurant management for Assistant Store Director

- Success with recruiting and selecting high-caliber talent

- Developed a team who provides the customer with exceptional experiences

- Passion for building relationships and serving others

- Proven experience maximizing sales and productivity

- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills

- The ability to work a flexible schedule

- Multi-unit experience with 2-3 locations, a plus
