Success factors for this opportunity include:
Minimum of 2 years SPECIALTY RETAIL MANAGEMENT experience.
Strong ability to drive sales.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
High Visual merchandising standards.
The ability to assess associates performance and growth opportunity.
The ability to communicate frequent performance feedback.
