STORE SALES MANAGER

Our continued growth has created Store Sales Manager opportunities in the Tanger Outlet @ Myrtle Beach store location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

 

Store Sales Managers are responsible for:

 

?  All aspects of store operations

?  Sales generation

?  Customer service

?  Staff supervision and training

?  Merchandising

?  Expense control

?  Daily store operations and documentation

?  Protection of company assets

?  Store maintenance and appearance

 

Requirements include:

 

?  College degree or equivalent retail management experience

?  Proven sales ability

?  Effective leadership skills

?  Excellent communication skills

?  Analytical ability

?  Effective problem solving ability

?  Basic merchandising ability

?  Professional appearance and presentation
