Alcoa Fastening Systems is a global leader in the Aerospace Fastener industry. 

 

We are looking for an Account Coordinator

 

 

Duties:Prepares customer orders for distribution to Purchasing and Data Processing.Obtains order status information from manufacturers and reports to customers.Monitors customer backlogs.Enters all documents and makes necessary changes.Determines quantities and requirements for order shipping.Adjusts errors made.Develops process improvements as required.Follows up on order status by obtaining information from Sales Administrators, Quality and Warehouse Departments.At request of Sales Administrators, obtains product information from vendors.Takes information from customers regarding order discrepancies and Return Materials Authorizations.Assists in resolving customer problems directly with customers and Sales Managers as required.Enforces ISO GuidelinesProcesses Customer Expectation Reports.Performs other related duties/responsibilities as assigned or requested.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:High School diploma.Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Great telephone etiquette. Great listening skills and ability to articulate ideas and ability to respond to customers clearly.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Reliability.Excellent computer skills including MS Office, including Excel and Word.Aerospace experience 3+ Years minimum related experience
