Account Development Professional/Book Publishing

We have an immediate opening for a seasoned account development professional in our New York office.  This position requires demonstrated, successful experience selling complex, preferably IT, products into the book publishing industry. 

 

 

This position reports to the General Manager of LibreDigital and includes a lucrative compensation program commensurate with skills including solid base pay and substantial performance-based incentives.

 



Duties:

 

?  Cradle to grave account development execution to increase market share, includes

?  Initial contact

?  Needs analysis

?  Solution development

?  Contract negotiation

?  Successfully closing business

?  Consistently increase market share

?  Meet or exceed projections

 

 

Requirements:

 

?  Demonstrated successful sales experience in the book publishing industry

?  Demonstrated ability in building business and sales volume

?  Outstanding relationship building and consultative sales abilities

?  IT systems and/or web services sales experience strongly preferred

?  Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

?  Excellent evangelism and negotiations skills a must

?  BSEE/BSCS or other past technical discipline a plus
