Job Description:

We are looking for hard working and self-motivated individuals who expect to be rewarded for performance and results. As an Account Development Representative you will:

 Play a vital role in Regional Sales team revenue achievement by generating highly qualifies leads.Be responsible for initiating contact with prospects, creating initial interest and positioning Workstream?s Solutions.Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, budgets, timelines, business benefits, technical fit and key decision makers. Research industry/company profiles to identify key contacts at prospective customers within assigned territories for targeted sales efforts.  Be responsible for making sure your respective territory has an accurate database with complete prospect contact information.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:

1-2 years experience in outbound cold calling in a Business to Business environment

Some knowledge of the Software industry preferred

Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

PC skills-Word, Excel, Salesforce.com

Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
