CareAllies is seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for the acquisition of new business as well as growth within the existing book of business for the Southeast region. The focus is the sale of medical management, disease management and health advocacy programs to accounts over 5,000 employees. A consultative approach to selling is required. The candidate will identify potential accounts and manage the prospect from presale to implementation. Will be responsible for achieving targeted sales goals for their region. Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, consultants and matrix partners.

Specific responsibilities are as follows:

Cultivate new client sales and penetration of existing accounts through direct or through consultants.
Respond to RPF and present capabilities which deliver value added services for clients.
Produces results at profitable levels.
Identifies and investigates all opportunities for CareAllies as well as the broader CIGNA enterprise

Qualifications:
College Degree - 7 years sales experience within Healthcare
Successful sales track record
Excellent negotiation skills, including public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to manage territory effectively and competing priorities
Results oriented, customer focused, strong problem solving skills, resourceful with financial and business acumen.
