Account Executive-IT Staffing

CDI has an immediate need for an Account Executive with a solid track record in the IT Staffing Industry.

 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing new prospects and providing solutions to new and current customers. Partners with Recruiters to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting CDI?s strategic business goals.

 

Major Responsibilities:
Identifies, qualifies, pursues and closes new business, using a variety of communication vehicles, including cold calling.
Manages fulfillment of client needs which includes prioritization and feedback to recruiting staff.
Assures customer and employee satisfaction by providing outstanding service delivery.
Contributes to the recruiting process by actively meeting candidates and preparing candidates for the client interview.
Responsible for maintaining and updating employee and customer information in the database.
Manages account profitability.
Assists in the resolution of billing and collections issues by handling escalations to the customer and providing information as required.
Identifies and anticipates future customer and market needs.
Performs duties in conjunction with the Business Model and contributes to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
May provide direction to an Account Support Representative.

? Ethics/Acts with Integrity ? Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics. Shows consistency among values and builds trust with others through building credibility and keeping commitments.

? Team Player ? Promotes effectiveness of CDI as a whole by supporting common processes and measurements. 

 

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:

? Four year degree or equivalent years of combined education and experience.

? 3 to 5 years of general business experience.

? Minimum of 2 years experience selling in the staffing industry .

? Experience selling outsourced/project solutions a plus.

? Proven ability to focus on customer and employee satisfaction.

? Demonstrated understanding of sales and recruiting processes.

? Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.

? Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

? Demonstrated ability to use personal computers.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including developed presentation skills.
