Account Executive- NW Arkansas

Description: You and First Franklin - First Franklin is a leading originator of non-conforming residential home loans and home equity lines of credit. We currently conduct business with more than 32,000 mortgage brokers and bankers and maintain 38 wholesale mortgage branches across the country. You as a First Franklin Outside Account Executive will -
* Proactively prospect, qualify, close, grow, and maintain a regional territory account base consistent with Branch and Corporate objectives
* Establish, maintain, and grow accounts by building broker relationships, maintaining accurate records and updating client profiles using automated resources (CRM)
* Determine client needs and communicate benefits of First Franklin mortgage products to each broker or LO as appropriate
* Establish and demonstrate effective sales process to include setting clear call objectives, time and territory management, weekly / monthly reporting of activity and enhanced market growth as measured by new account cultivation, client account penetration and breadth of product mix within your territory and / or designated accounts
* Conduct sales presentations and training session for brokers/loan officers
* Meet or exceed sales measurement of success for national sales Market share, Account penetration, Number of 1st units closed
* You must thrive in a high change environment

You and Your Skills -
* Demonstrated success in a field sales environment (minimum 4 years)
* Mortgage knowledge a must
* Committed to gaining new brokers and comfortable with cold-calling
* Superior communication skills to include written, verbal and interpersonal
* Firm understanding of sales development and execution
* Demonstrated organization and be self-disciplined
* Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
* Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
* Strong dedication to customer service
* Familiarization the Microsoft Suite of services and contact management applications
* Demonstrated persistence resulting in sales success
