Account Executive - Retail, Restuarant and Real Estate

Account Executive ? Site Location Sales, New York City Office. Account Executives for Claritas work with real estate and marketing decision makers at important national and regional retail and restaurant chains across the US.  Our marketing information helps clients intelligently locate new business sites and identify and acquire new customers. 

 

As an Account Executive, you will manage and sell an impressive base of existing accounts and create new business opportunities within those accounts and with new clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a consultative team to identify cross-sell opportunities within an account base,

Create new client opportunities

Manage and coordinate all sales and service activities associated with primary client accounts

Develop and maintain expertise in the retail, restaurant and real estate industries.

 

Requirements:



BS/BA degree or equivalent amount of experience

Minimun 3+ years of relevant industry, client service or sales experience

Experience with Microsoft Office packages

Excellent business/analytic writing and presentation skills.

Excellent working knowledge of all Claritas products and services

Previous experience with market analysis/GIS systems.
