As an account executive, you will be responsible for soliciting B/C wholesale mortgages and services from mortgage brokers, bankers, credit unions, etc. You will manage credit quality and productivity goals. You will also originate mortgages that adhere to credit standards, provide training to brokers/bankers regarding credit guidelines, compliance, procedures, etc., and seek out cross-sell opportunities.


Minimum of 18 months B/C wholesale sales experience
Established Broker based in San Diego
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the B/C marketplace
Team-oriented
