This position is responsible for handling day-to-day sales responsibilities for specific geographic areas, coordinating efforts with rep/agent initiatives as well as direct sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Develop criteria for targeting and developing high potential brokerages and direct sales opportunities
Develop and cultivate effective relationships with key brokerages/brokers to grow revenue and margin, including the following activities:
Individual and group presentations.
Coordinating CE programs.
Joint client calls.
Participate in the development of marketing tools to promote ProcessWorks’ capabilities and added-value services.
Prepare and follow-up proposals and RFP’s.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (related to business a plus).
Minimum of five years sales experience preferred.
Aggressive results-oriented individual with proven sales success.
Action-oriented and have a sense of urgency.
Have a zealous personality and be able to “take the ball and run”.
Possess a thorough understanding of all ProcessWorks services as well as pertinent industry information.
Excellent communication, selling, and customer service skills.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Have the ability to manage/coordinate several projects concurrently.
High level of proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, database, technical knowledge of  systems.
Must be a team player and be able to rally a team to meet and exceed sales and client’s expectations.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Must have valid driver's license.
