Account Manager, Client Services

The Client Services team is looking for a results oriented, deeply analytical person who is skilled at managing enterprise level accounts.

 

In this role, this individual will have full responsibility for one of Amazon.com’s major clients.  This includes, but is not limited to: developing business plans to maximize the ROI for both parties (Amazon.com and client) and across all business channels managing the P&L associated with the client identifying new business opportunities and organizing the resources to exploit those opportunities ensuring that all commitments and obligations are met and/or exceeded throughout the term interfacing and establishing strong rapport with senior executives at client companies championing and securing resources to deliver on client projects

 



In order to be successful, this individual will be highly analytical be capable of identifying and driving business decisions based on detailed analysis have a strong bias for action and a  passion for delivery be able to deal with ambiguous situations have very strong interpersonal skills. have experience managing projects across cross-functional teams

Required:Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, managing a partner, driving for results and meeting tight deadlines despite constrained resources, is required.  A bachelor’s degree is required.
