Job Description

1. Create new business development and drive sales growth for Philips Semiconductors at a number of first/second tier automotive accounts as well as a number of non-automotive regional accounts located within the state of Michigan. Promote "silicon systems solutions" at these accounts.2. Manage business issues/problems as they arise at the customer base. Drive customers and Philip?s Business Lines to satisfactory and mutually acceptable solutions. Develop and maintain world class customer relations.3. Use the Farmington Hill?s MI based Technical Marketing and FAE resource pool wisely to assist in both new business development and for trouble shooting product/application issues as they arise.4. Use the appropriate Philips Business Lines Technical Marketing and Design/FAE resource to assist in both new business development and for trouble shooting product/application issues as they arise.5. Use the Farmington Hill?s based NA Regional Automotive QRA resource as needed for any quality issues that arise. Also use this resource to drive new component qualifications, PPAP submissions and to notify customers of process and/or fab changes on existing products.

Requirements

1. Successfully manage and drive Philips "end of life" (EOL) notices for products already in production at the customer base. Gain customer acceptance of alternate devices in a timely manner.2. Drive customers to provide accurate and timely forecast information and work with our Customer Partnership Center (CPC) to insure that it is loaded into our SAP sales order and logistics system. 3. Load and maintain accurate customer design win data base (FAST).4. Work to keep customer account receivables current (
