Account Manager - Non Sales

Our Account Manager is key to supporting the growth of FST. We focus on B2B sales of steel golf club shafts. This full-time position requires knowledge of golf and golf products, and a willingness to learn more. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, self-direction, physical energy and exceptional communication. Phone, negotiation, and problem solving skills are essential to being successful in this position. Responsibilities Include:Calling Current Customers and Checking on their Product Needs Build and Maintain Relationships with Customers Prepare Packing Lists/Shipping Instructions for our Warehouse Handle Daily Communications (phone, email, fax) with Customers Ensuring Payment from Customers Work Directly with FST Employees on Various Projects Make Daily Calls to our Warehouse to Make Sure Shipments/Projects are Getting Done Gaining a Good Technical Understanding of our Products Research New Potential Customers and Work on Landing these Accounts

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Business or a related field. Candidates must have excellent customer relation skills.
